Otis Dozovic and his Bathroom Disaster

This week’s episode of NXT gave us the confession and answer to the biggest question we’ve all been clamoring about for weeks now: “Who destroyed the NXT Performance Center bathrooms?”
While I’m sure we all had our predictions for who was responsible, no one was ever sure. After all, we’re talking about stalls being ruined, toilets being torn from walls, and a stink I can only assume was unforgettable. I know, for me, there were more than a few suspects I had in mind.
Could Velveteen Dream had turned that restroom into a Brown Nightmare? Did Adam Cole pass a BM that was truly...Undisputed? Was the Blackheart ripping Black-Farts? No! It was much...MUCH better!
The remorseful, but proud, Otis Dozovic, let us all in on his confession of having consumed too much “Steak-y Wake-y” along with way too much coffee in the morning. Of course, once that combination has had a chance to marinate and digest there is nothing in this world that will stop it from “KAHHMMMINNN”!
Thats right folks! Otis Dozovic is the one who did it! Destroyed the stalls, the toilet, and anybody’s sense of smell within a 20 ft radius of ground zero.
Back to reality here, how can anyone not see this tag team’s potential. Or...at least Otis’ potential. The guy doesn’t just do good work, he knows the business. He knows how to create a lovable, fan favorite. He knows to mix in a dance move into his heavy hitting, powerful move-set. He knows to keep throwing tag lines at the dart board till they stick. And he knows that comedy and timing is a great way to separate yourself from everyone else.
Only a day after I gave out a ton of love to R-Truth for his victory over the Miz on SmackDown Live, Dozovic (as an almost accidental homage) comes in with one of the funniest and random segments in NXT history. We knew Heavy Machinery didn’t attack Aleister Black, but damn it all if I wasn’t on the edge of my seat with a smile, as Dozer began his confession.
For a tag team that probably won’t experience long stints in the spotlight, Heavy Machinery knows their job and performs it better than most. They are ready to be the comic relief of NXT’s tag division and I know I’m a fan and I appreciate it. I really do wish there was room for a tag team, like Heavy Machinery, to hold the tag gold for months at a time, but their role will still serve a purpose and is worth our (‘our’ meaning wrestling fans as a whole) acknowledgement and appreciation.
What do you think? Did you love this segment? Do you think Heavy Machinery deserves better? Are they destined to be the next Fashion Police, type of tag team? Let us know in the comments below.
