Conversational Tag Champs

Matt and Mike have been the best of friends since birth. While sibling rivalries are inevitable, they've stayed close for thirty years. While there are many things that have kept these loving brothers so friendly, Pro-Wrestling has always been at the forefront of their relationship.

Growing up during the attitude era, the Monday Night Wars, Stone Cold's heyday and the creation of The Rock, the Brothers found themselves immersed in arguably the greatest time to be a wrestling fan. As they grew the reasons for enjoying wrestling began to change, but the love would always be there. As annual attendants of the Royal Rumble and regular Network subscribers, they are massive WWE fans. Today they boast themselves as pro wrestling fans having consumed NJPW, Ring of Honor, and local backyard wrestling.

Matt is originally a fan of the Hart Foundation, then siding with the Rock (even dressing up as him for Halloween on multiple occasions) in the Austin feud, Sting from WCW, and DX over NWO. Now older and much wiser, Matt appreciates the art and style of the greats, but will reveal himself as a stubborn mark when it comes to the likes of Roman Reigns. Hopefully he keeps that to himself for the most part.

Mike’s love for wrestling began the second his parents banned it from the house. In his youth, Mike wrestled stuffed animal Hulk Hogans, tombstoned digital Shawn Michaels with digital Undertakers in every wrestling video game he could find, and hit his brother with an occassional Stone Cold Stunner (or Diamond Cutter).

In subsequent years he would fall in love with characters like Harlem Heat, the Hart Foundation, Chris Jericho, Owen Hart, Kane, and Juventud Guerrerro.

These days he works in an office where he worms wrestling into every water-cooler conversation that he can. His current favorite wrestlers and gimmicks include Otis Dozovic, Kevin Owens, Velveteen Dream, and Bo Dallas.
