Happy RUSEV DAY! A Machka Kick for everyone!

Rusev, being the final man to enter the gauntlet match on SmackDown Live, pinned the Miz to become the number one contender for AJ Styles WWE Championship and booking the first match to WWE's next big show, Extreme Rules!

While the Miz should be the talked about for ages for how he eliminated Daniel Bryan from the match, the night should belong to Rusev. In what will be his first singles match for the WWE Championship, the fan favorite will be able to show his stuff against the WWE 2K19 cover star, AJ.

It will be interesting to see where this feud goes, considering what happened after Rusev won the match. Once completed, AJ Styles entered the ring to offer a gesture of goodwill to the new number one contender. Rusev actually accepted the offer and shook the hand of AJ. For some reason Aiden English saw this as an opportunity to also get in AJ's good graces...or so we thought. Aiden reached out his hand to AJ only to pull it away once AJ was willing to accept Aiden's handshake.

AJ...not a fan of the gesture, clocked Aiden English in the face, knocking him to the ground. While I was ready for a full fledged fight to breakout, nothing happened after that. Rusev yelled at Aiden for pulling that move and AJ Styles left the ring.

Could this altercation lead to the end of Rusev Day? Is the rumor of the eventual demise of Rusev Day coming true? Will Rusev and Aiden work out this confusing moment and become stronger than ever?
