Detroit Red Wings vs Chicago Blackhawks Game 6 Predictions and Odds

After all the smack I talked about in the first article concerning the 2021 Blackhawks and Red Wings, Detroit was embarrassed with no finish in the first contest between the two squads. Dylan Larkin provided the only goal for the Wings on an individual effort as COVID-protocol roster restrictions hurt the Wings in a visible way.

The Wings will look to bounce back this afternoon against what should be an inferior Chicago team.

Staying out of the penalty box will be a key to the game tonight in order to limit superstar Patrick Kane's scoring chances. Another crucial aspect for winning tonight's game will revolve around lineup choices. Detroit is missing a few key forwards in Filip Zadina and Robby Fabbri, which should not somehow result in using 11 forwards and 7 defensemen, and should translate as an easy excuse to reunite the Bertuzzi, Larkin, and Mantha line. "Spreading the offense" isn't really a choice when there is no offense to spread.

Shots on goal are nice but there needs to be some finish.
