Today is a great day for talking about European Loans! With a litany of Red Wings’ talent and prospects playing overseas, let’s take another look at the good and the bad of what happened the past week. From the past weekend, we dissect Seider’s big hits, Moritz Seider getting injured, Theodor Niederbach netting his first in the SHL, Filip Hronek scoring with a slapshot, and William Wallinder deking for an incredible goal.

We are also continuing our Rochester Mills 12 Days of Christmas sampling with the Michigan Maple Stout, ‘Paul Woods’ returns to play Who is That Pokémon, we take another look at our Red Wings playing in Europe, vomit on the Reverse Retros, analyze Bobby Ryan’s future trade situation and play Be the GM!

Red Wings Prospects Rant

The Detroit Red Wings are trying to take advantage of every moment of the 2020 offseason they can. With player development being on the top of their priority list, they had to get creative to ensure their prospects could continue to grow during the season shutdown during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

To properly pull-off player development, the Wing sent, among many more, Moritz Seider, Filip Zadina, and Filip Hronek to European Clubs.

Recently, the player loan really began to pay off with Moritz Seider laying out some fools during his most recent game with Rogle.

We also got to see Theodor Niederbach, the Detroit Red Wing 2nd Round Pick, score his first SHL goal!

And William Wallinder show off some sweet deke skills!
