The WWE made the statement official on SmackDown Live. Becky Lynch has a “broken face” (I think they meant orbital bone and nose) and a concussion. She was replaced by Charlotte Flair in the Women’s main event matchup against Ronda Rousey.

Becky Lynch Off Survivor Series Card

We are very unhappy to report that Fightful is reporting Becky Lynch is off the card.

Earlier today we crowned Becky Lynch’s performance at RAW last night was one of the best closing segments on RAW in a long time. It really felt like she was working her way into being more than a Women’s Champion and more like the WWE Champion.

Becky Lynch has been on a hell of a run and the reported injuries do cause some concern for how long should could potentially be out as well as what could be next.

Nothing is officially cancelled for Survivor Series, but at this point, the only report out there is that the match is cancelled. The WWE is yet to make an official statement, so we should learn more on SmackDown Live tonight (8 PM EST).

Becky Lynch’s Rise

Becky Lynch rose through the ranks, starting way back at Money in the Bank. After failing to win at Money at the Bank, the fans helped push Becky to the top of the mountain as the number one contender for the Women’s Title at SummerSlam.

After Charlotte was added to the match late, the fan reaction led to a feud between Becky and Charlotte where they would fight to decide a new champion and who was the better fighter. the ensuing battle became a war and Becky’s character change led to being dubbed “Stone Cold Becky Lynch”.

As the feud stretched into its third month, Becky and Charlotte fought at Evolution, giving the fans one of the best matches of the year and one of the greatest, emotional matches of all time.

Becky fought through it all and earned a top spot on the Survivor Series match card, when she would perform in a champion vs champion match, against Ronda Rousey.

As we all know now, Becky was bloodied after being given a stiff shot by Nia Jax and may be forced to miss the event and change the outlook of her push and career, going forward.
